My Cop Journal
This blog is dedicated to the public of which I serve. My desire is to give the public an inside view of what really happens in the life and day of an Officer. I love my job and have found nothing else that gives as much pleasure as this. I can and do make a difference in people's lives every day I put on my uniform.
I am a police Sgt. and am tired of the negative comments I see published in the local media about cops in general. Comments that give only a small peek into the facts. Hopefully I will dispel any misunderstandings that may come along. This is my journal that I am going to share with you. You may not always agree with me or my decisions as a sergeant, but that's OK, this is my real life. I will never share with you the agency I work for or the names of those I serve. I will however share with you the real life of a law enforcement officer. I have been in Law Enforcement since 1991. I am married and have six beautiful children.
